Submitting claims to dental insurance companies is a courtesy that our office provides. Sometimes, a subscriber must contact the insurance company to attain their full benefit. We will assist whenever possible.
In the event that your insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated, you will be expected to cover the balance.

The cost of dental care depends on the complexity of the treatment provided. For example, a 4-surface restoration of a molar is more complex than a 1-surface restoration of a front tooth, but neither is as complex as a root canal. Therefore the 1-surface restoration will cost the least, and the root canal will cost the most, with the 4-surface restoration falling somewhere in between.
Every dental procedure is identified by a code, which is established by the American Dental Association. The codes pertaining to your dental visit will appear on your bill. (If you see only 3 digits, add the letter D and the number zero to the beginning.)

Patients with Medi-Cal are still welcome; however, the front office will be unable to file an insurance claim on their behalf, and they will be required to pay in full at the time of service.
