Cancellation Appointment Policy
We prepare materials and schedule staff specifically for your appointment.
Please communicate any scheduling changes as soon as possible so we can adjust accordingly.
48-Hour Cancellation Policy
Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged
50% of the service fee.
Appointment Confirmation
All appointments must be confirmed.
Unconfirmed appointments may be released.
Late Arrivals & Missed Appointments
Late or missed appointments may result in a
$75 fee or up to 50% of the service fee.
If you arrive late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your visit.
No-Show / No-Call
No-shows are subject to 100% of the appointment fee
charged to the card on file.
