Privacy policy

This policy explains what the Fresh Smile website (Alexandra Jaquery DDS, MS) collects and why.

Appointment requests

When you request an appointment we store your name, phone number and the options you choose, together with how you arrived at the site (for example the ad campaign or website that referred you). Only clinic staff can see this information, and it is used only to contact you about your request.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics (Google) and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft) to measure visits, pages viewed, time on page, scroll depth, clicks on buttons such as Call or Text, and form steps. Clarity may record anonymized page interactions (heatmaps and session replays); form fields are masked. We also keep our own anonymous record of these events. We never send your name, phone number, email or health information to these services.

Purpose: measuring how the site is used and how well our advertising works, so we can improve both.

Your choices

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked before any analytics run. Elsewhere analytics run by default; browsers sending a Global Privacy Control signal are not tracked by Google Analytics or Clarity. You can change your choice at any time:
