Meet the Team

Gretchen is a long-time friend of Dr. Jaquery, having previously worked together at a dental practice in Ann Arbor, Michigan. After the covid pandemic, when working remotely became the thing to do in many fields, Gretchen began to help us with insurance, scheduling, and other management tasks, from the comfort of her home in Michigan.

Gretchen volunteers in the community helping others do what they are unable to do for themselves. She helps a friend create crafts for regional fairs, enjoys the outdoors, and her 7 cats, who each have a special background and place in the house, sometimes right next to the computer keyboard – and mouse.

Julie is passionate about music and the arts. With her high school choir, she sang in France and throughout the Bay Area. A native of Santa Cruz, her greatest adventure, with her husband Marc, is parenting Carson and Kyla, who enjoy horseback riding, cheer, a range of sports and kart racing. Julie sews and creates crafts for major regional fairs through her brand “A Happy Homemaker”.

Julie keeps us on task and focused at the dental office, as patient & scheduling coordinator.

Suzie is a Watsonville native. Upon graduating from Pajaro Valley High School, she pursued education and training in dental assisting. She enjoys spending time with her pre-school nieces and nephews, and taking walks on the beach with her young Doberman, Bronx.

Suzie’s gentle personality is a terrific asset to patients and to Dr. Jaquery as she assists in a broad range of treatment, from simple restorations to complex procedures including wisdom teeth extractions, root canals, and implants.

After achieving an undergraduate degree in Biology at University of the Pacific, Alan gravitated to dentistry. He became a practicing hygienist and hygiene instructor, working mostly in the Silicon Valley. Alan and Dr. Jaquery worked together in San Jose before coming to Watsonville.

Alan enjoys global travel and has been to many parts of the world. He celebrates holidays with relatives in Mexico, and spent most of the covid pandemic on a sailboat between the California coast and the Caribbean.

Alan delivers an extraordinary hygiene experience, and he looks forward to seeing you at your next appointment.
